These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StreetCloser website and related services. By using StreetCloser, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service description
StreetCloser provides workflow tools for field sales, including target discovery, Daily Close Route planning, and visit outcome tracking.
2) Eligibility and account use
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- You agree to provide accurate information when joining or using the service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account access and all activity under your account.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to use StreetCloser to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Use the service for unlawful spam, harassment, or deceptive activity.
4) Data and integrations
StreetCloser may rely on third-party services and data providers. Availability, completeness, and accuracy of third-party data may vary. You are responsible for lawful and appropriate use of information obtained through the service.
5) Fees and billing
Paid plans, limits, and billing terms will be presented at sign-up or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6) Intellectual property
StreetCloser and its content, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service.
7) Confidentiality
If you receive non-public information about StreetCloser or other users, you agree to use it only for permitted purposes and protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
8) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using StreetCloser at any time.
9) Disclaimers
StreetCloser is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific commercial outcomes, or error-free data.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetCloser is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold StreetCloser harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to consumer protection rights, disputes will be subject to competent South African courts.
13) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised terms with an updated date.
